Having had a second look at his thing, I can't help but find it goes against "conventional" wisdom which is: 1. Eat breakfast within an hour of waking' 2. Never eat anything substantial after 8pm.
What's up with that?
And 90 minutes per day at the gym (undefined "sports training"). I can't help put think that's his main magic voodoo there, diet aside.
