The Mini 9 is now my work machine, because the loan Portege M100 while I wait for a desktop PC is really quite, quite awful. So I bought two more power adapters, which will delay me getting a new battery. Though I've got the old one up to 2½ hours with judicious application of PowerTop.

The younger teen has a new kitten! It is small and black and called Mikhail. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Tabs (who is 15) is rather put out, but he'll come around and whack some sense into him. Freda is delighted, of course, and is being very good with him (for a three year old).
