I have no intention of being like the cool kids and giving up drinking or cigarettes, but I do suspect that cutting the caffeine would be a good thing - fifteen espressos (three per mug) each day is probably a bit much. Two cups this morning, no more today. And I'm just fiiine. (thunk) It's a good thing neither cola nor Red Bull contain caffeine.
