I seem again to be having a pleasant life that's dull to write about. This week I have worked too much and slept too little. redcountess and I have been watching the Goodies DVD. arkady came over on Thursday and we watched The Crow, the first time I've seen it. (Arkady has inadvertently picked up sxxy deth chyx by going to Full Tilt in Crow getup. Liz has an ex known only as "Crow-boy." Although actually he looks more like Skank. Bwahahaha.) Last night Arkady and I went to the Dev with ewtikins and later zeke_hubris. Then to Belgo Noord where I had a lovely Beef Stroganoff in Belgian and she had distinctly mediocre red snapper. If you go to Belgo, stick to the beer, mussels and RED RAW MEAT. Today I wandered around Camden checking out the state of the art in mesh tops.

Liz has regretfully decided that the laptop will do a lot more of what she wants it to with Windows on. The hard part now is constructing (they aren't just lying around for the finding) a DOS boot disk with the PCMCIA CD-ROM driver. I've just spent three hours having too much fun. AUTOEXEC.BAT, CONFIG.SYS, I'm sure you can imagine.

(If I don't get it soon I'm going to BSD it again.)

Update: Now BSDing the fucker. Might make a partition for future Windows, though.
