Today was quite productive. Bank accounts for arkady and older teen, a pile of paperwork in with the council to get them paying our rent for us.

This laptop's non-working keys are annoying the living fuck out of me. Must refurbish keyboard.

Annoyance: I was just asked if I'm free to fly to Italy on Friday to give a Wikipedia talk. Of course, that day I have a second interview for a job I rather want (as in, more than I'd like any job at all right now). Bah, I say.

Also, I'm struggling with the idea that Billy Bragg would support such backwards legislation as the three strikes law.

Billy. I mean the guy from Boyzone what died this week (he was, like, the first gay rockstar or something, as I heard yesterday) lived in a million dollar mansion in Spain... for... whatever pap Boyzvoiced recorded (I don't know, but I imagine it sounded a lot like 90 degrees). How can he not look at that and say: You know what? Fuck this system?
