redcountess appears finally to be recovering from the viral and post-viral thing. So we have made actual tentative plans! The public ones include B-Movie on Friday (theme: St. Trinian's) — trishpiglet, this is as always tentative up until a few hours before the event ... is that workable for you? — and some sort of celebration of OUR FIRST WEDDING ANNIVERSARY on Sunday, which would ideally be at the same pub we had the reception. To be confirmed.

Yesterday Liz pointed out that my back problems — the ones I've had for years — very closely resemble a pinched nerve. This is remarkably treatable compared to the general fuckedness when it first went. I shall be investigating treatment options today if I have a spare second. The British School of Osteopathy will apparently let you be a student's guinea pig on the cheap.

Update: Above weekend plans are now completely up in the air. We'll let you know.

I've been to the BSO, & found it pretty good - there is a tutor around to check on the student & make sure all is going well, & they're 4th yr students (so nearly qualified anyway). And it is *so* much cheaper than anything else in London...

look for a McTimony Chiropractor. They are miracle workers for backs.
