I have new glasses: a very rock'n'roll pair of grey-tinted polarised sunglasses with gunmetal grey steel frames — ideal for the Saturday or Sunday afternoon stagger home feeling like a cautionary example — and a clear pair with polycarbonate lenses and TiFlex arms which weighs nothing and which redcountess says make me look like Alan Rickman. Which I think means they'll get the chyx.

Last night I went to the Dev with arkady. She'd had a crappy day, the cherry on top being putting her thumb through her latex skirt when getting ready. So she put on the PVC catsuit and I fed her lots of vodka until she felt better. barbedwirekiss was suitable company as well. I took my CAMERA with me, of course. The movie was Return Of The Living Dead, which features Linnea Quigley as the graveyard aerobics instructor, naked except for ... legwarmers.

missyk8 and missyslut came for dinner this evening. Kate has lost a remarkable amount of weight and is looking distinctly luscious. We ate vegie pasta, drank plonk and talked rubbish.

x11vnc really wants more than 10mbps over the connection not to lag like hell. I see an 802.11g base station in our future. I'd also like it if Debian with TightVNC didn't keep hitting the hard disk when the display changes.
