Right then. My birthday drinks will be this Sunday, February 22nd at the Porterhouse, Covent Garden WC2E 7NA (nearest tubes Covent Garden, Charing Cross, Embankment, Leicester Square), from around 3pm until we fall over (probably a few hours — call or message to check). The food is edible and the beer is superlative. I expect we'll try for a table near the back as we had for the engagement party. I want as many as possible of you to show.

Here in my black shoes and me without a date.

For my birthday, I've gotten a cold. Meh! redcountess has it too, plus her usual not-lupus. arkady is over and is bouncier than both of us.

Arkady gave me a lovely pair of Hayway court shoes, which are a size too small. So we'll have to try for thirteens. These are unlikely to arrive before the next B-Movie (Rathaus), but we'll live. (sob) Liz is sourcing a mesh top for me too. (prrrr)

If I feel like this tomorrow I'll be taking a mental and physical health day. I shall be well for Sunday.
