In possibly the most fucked thing I've heard of recently, juliann and naughtypixie's car has been stolen ... with Juliann's wheelchair in it. It's an old London taxi, painted bright green, and is completely unmissable. Timmie's journal entry includes a photo. See also Juliann's.

At present they're asking people to look out for it and are waiting on the insurance (to tell them they're not getting anything). There's no replace-the-car fund as yet. I'll keep the world updated. You keep them updated too.

Shaking the earth to its core.

Today we got a letter from Npower concerning our complaint. Apart from crawling up our backsides, they will be sending us a cheque for thirty pounds for our inconvenience. They have also LARTed the lazy lying customer service drone. We are somewhat pleased.

When you get woefully shitful service, complain like hell. You might get somewhere, and it seems to pay quite nicely.
