I saw arkady off to Wales this morning. I'll miss her over the next couple of weeks. To remember her by, we have tom_pusscat. He and the kittens are hissing at each other nicely. He's now sitting in the lounge, looking out at the back yard and moping for his mummy. The kittens are mostly hiding out in the bedroom, being slightly less insane. They and Tom will get along okay within a few days.

I am mostly better today. I can almost breathe and I just had a glass of Coke without feeling sick from the caffeine, so it might have become a vitamin again. redcountess is not well, with bad fibro *splat*.

I am still too braindead to actually take in LiveJournal, or maybe my boredom threshold has gone up. Has anything important happened that I need to know about?

I attended a BSB soundcheck and concert in corset. (Which was not uncomfortable at all, lovelovelove. *hugs corset*)

This resulted in 3 of the 5 boys ogling my boobs. Go me.

I have yukky flu and am bored of being ill. Also, this means that I have yet to start packing for Whitby, which is not good as I need at least a week to do this and I travel on Thursday.

I made my hotel reservations for London, and have official dates for my trip (May 22-June 5).
And I got the co-teaching fashion and lit course with my diss chair :)

I am at this moment wearing one of Liz's corsets to get myself used to one done up to 34", with a view to buying the rather nice leather waist cincher I saw at London Fetish Fair last month. I've just emailed them asking for information on it.

I have a dripping nose and sore throat. It's definitely not 'flu, just a cold, but I've done nothing useful today apart from going to the library.

Don't put the cats in the same room right off. First, put them in separate areas divided by a door. Then, after a day or so, switch the cats into the other area and vice-versa. Then, after a day or so, after all have had a chance to sniff each other behind a door, and around a area the other has lived in, you can put them together.

It makes the territory violation shock so much less traumatic.

The three of them just ate in the same room without incident, so that's so far so good. By tomorrow they'll be acknowledging each other's existence.
