If you have a website running on Coppermine — like, say, ooh, reddragdiva.co.uk — and you get an error page that starts
Template error
Failed to find block
then you've run out of disk space.
(
hawkeviper has been AWOL since January. So root is useful, particularly when the disk fills because /var isn't a separate partition because it's a virtual server. I searched across the net for this error, then logged in and tried sudo -s. It couldn't create a required file. Um. df -k. FUCK. Etc. You know how it goes.)
I'm currently watching while true; do df -k; sleep 15; done. Whatever shat itself is calming down, so space is going up and my front page works again. It may be just as well I don't have a camera right at this moment and haven't been out in a while. I'll just take a fresh backup ...
Update: Whoops, there it goes back up again. And sudo and su aren't letting me in! Normal service will be resumed as soon as it feels like it.

I assume of course that your df supports -h ;)
