I was all set for eyeliner297's picnic today, but was awake until nearly six with an asthma attack so stumbled up blearily at eleven, eventually left the house after three and got to Hyde Park a bit before five. We got her The Photo Book and a card featuring pictures of herself I've taken, specifically so I could see her face taking it out for the first time. Present were flickgc, drplokta, dougs, Flick's friend Polly and Abi's young friends Lucy, Dani, Ellie and Nick. Who had apparently heard of me, seen photos of me from B-Movie and thought I was "scary." Fortunately, I had the camera to hand and was able to prove them right.

The young friends went home around six and we adjourned to the Marlborough Head for a couple of jugs of Lust and some chips'n'cheese. I came home to feed redcountess and do a bit of housey stuff. Tomorrow I go to the DVLA in Wimbledon to transfer my Australian driver's licence.
