The big problem in your requirement is the WYSIWYG editing. I've yet to see one that isn't shit. Mediawiki doesn't have one at all (because the syntax is literally defined by the parser code - everyone agrees this sucks), MoinMoin apparently has one but uses automatic CamelCase for links ... it is to suction.
I'd advise you make them suffer Mediawiki 'cos then it's just like Wikipedia to edit. Ahem.
