Another day in bed doing nothing. I've been spending the day going through dreadful downloads. May I earnestly recommend to you:

• The WFMU Beware of the Blog.
• Van Morrison's Contractual Obligation Album. (Buy here, lyrics here.)
• A rip of the incredibly rare CD edition of Dogs In Space.
• Lots of fantastically good rock'n'roll MP3s from Crypt Records.

Freda (the forthcoming child) is quite the music fan, kicking in time with anything she likes (e.g. Deathboy) and out of time with anything she doesn't. The WFMU stuff is particularly Freda-disapproved.

mind, i'm not wsupposed to cart the laptop round as its fragile so i would have to use flatmate's mac which isnt always convenient as i cant run 10 things on it at the same time like i tend to on here...

bed-nights are not so great when you are supposed to be asleep but your time clock is kinda of skewed and you've lots to think about so you end up reading lj at 4am...
