I'm feeling a lot better today — coughing up gobbets of slime in the morning, but on track for B-Movie on Friday and gin and whores on Saturday. So!

[Poll #1068420]

And I don't expect anyone will, but if anyone has a Fuji F30 or F31 I could borrow, I would be most grateful.

Our washing machine has just broken, literally two weeks out of full warranty. I am deeply unimpressed.

It is genuinely a product of its time. Like Wham and the global aids epidemic.

It - it says they used to beta-test products *before* selling them!

Oh yes, but that claim is to be understood in the context of marketting claims for example "Craven A will not harm your throat" or "Microsoft Works". I think this is beta test in the sense of "Hey guys, hadn't we betta test this before release?"

It's actually a friend's birthday in the city at an old gin palace whose name escapes me atm :)

I love the "BitTorrent Brings Evil Villain Back from the Dead" link.

Oh the irony, the fourth-wall-breaking irony.

NAPSTER BAAAAD!
