Actually, that's unfair. Dumping Shrub on Antarctica is a violation of international laws concerning the dumping of toxic waste, and any battles of wits he might have with the penguins are hopelessly tilted toward the penguins.

The archetypical "soccer mom" drives her kid(s) to the soccer practice field in a *huge* land-barge (read "SUV"), stopping blatantlky in a no-stop zone to let them off as close as possibel to the entrance, then parks badly nearby, to wait for the little dear(s) to finish with soccering, then drive to the entrance (and stop in a no-stopping zone) to pick them up again. Bad driving to and from and being female is optional, as loing as one is a parent or adult relative following the rest of the rules.

The "soccer mom" demographic is typically defined as "affluent middle-class with kids", with enough free time and resources to make sure that the kids are all engaged in some kind of external constructive activity at all times, most often symbolized in the US by your league soccer teams, but also embodies nervously waiting no the sidelines to see that her child "excels" at kicking the ball around, has done all the "right" things to get them into the right pre-school, which will get them into the right kindergarten, which will get them into the right elementary school, etc. A woman whose agenda is clearly domestic, whose world-view (for the moment) doesn't extend one inch in front of her children, and who only want the best for her kids, whatever that means.

They were the target demographic in the 2000 US Presidential (non-)election.
