inulro and lastaii just visited, bringing a lovely new second-hand Terenziani ratty skyscraper for the boys. We can see them play in mid-air! redcountess has made a hammock for them from a face cloth. Purple, to match the carpet.

redcountess's joints have suddenly improved since she stopped drinking Nutrasweet on Friday. Although most people without phenylketonuria have no problem with aspartame - even those with lupus - enough have that we thought it might be worth a try. Rapid and interesting results so far; we'll see how this goes.

If food contains aspartame, food manufacturers are required to put 'CONTAINS PHENYLANANINE' (one of the amino acids that makes it up) on the label. I can't imagine a company the size of Walker's not doing so.
