A bunch of eastlondongoths are meeting Friday, 7pm at the King William IV, High Road Leyton, E10 6HS. Ten minutes or a bus from Walthamstow Central tube, five minutes from Leyton Midland Road train station. Opposite Tesco Leyton in the downmarket shopping bit. The beer is nice so long as you on no account touch the E10 Red Ale, the one excre brewed on the premises.

I've been watching a remarkable amount of television of late. Last night was disc 2 of the Rolling Stones' Four Flicks and wondering what Pirates Of The Caribbean would have been like with Keith Richards actually playing Jack Sparrow. Presumably doing his best Johnny Depp impression. It's jolly fun sitting with redcountess as Mr and Mrs Rocknerd.

This evening, arkady journeys across town to bleach fluffymark. Should be fun.

Phew, thank goodness for that! I had this horrid thought I was facing an evening of getting lost on unfamiliar busses on my own....which, believe me, was seriously worrying me!! Meep!

I thought we had! Just be sure to bring the camera. redcountess just had what felt like quite a good interview and is now utterly exhausted, so is likely to spend the evening home while you do things to Mark and I supply witty conversation.

The good news is it's not in Walthamstow. The bad news is it's in Leyton, which is considerably downer of market. Dress like a scary biker dude, you should be fine ;-)

The official starting time is 7pm, so I presume someone will be there by then.
