• Dealing with whiny authors. (And another.) Like a slush pile smashing into a human brain, forever.

Quite a few more percent not dead today. I woke up yesterday, called in sick, sent arkady off to work and curled up next to redcountess and went back to sleep, waking up around five. At some stage a package of goodies from Amazon arrived: Harry Potter 5 and Pratchett Maskerade for Liz and the Birthday Party Pleasure Heads Must Burn DVD for me. This means I now own a DVD.

Later in the evening templeofpopart sent me scans of the complete set of Alison Whyte shots from Black & White — the ones this icon and the shots here are from. *pint* to Vlad!

I shall be fit for tomorrow!

One of the barmen at the Dev recently expressed a willingness to prepare a Burning Bob if I could find someone willing to demonstrate the correct way to drink it....

Heh. I don't mind paying for the round; it'll be worth it for the spectacle alone! Of course, I'll have to bring my camera to document it....
