I used our shiny new credit card a few days ago to sign up as an associate member of the Free Software Foundation at US$10 a month. They could do with the cash about now. Anyone joining before 15th June gets a copy of this rather excellent book as well (though I'll be emailing saying not to spend the cash sending me one).

Unfortuantely I won't be joining them as I'm already sending out too much money to campaign groups and need to rationalise that. Maybe once I've got my finances in better order I might be able to :/

I'd actually been meaning to do it as soon as I had a proper credit card, and only remembered on the weekend.

One of the problems with the US legal system is that you can't hit the loser for reasonable costs unless you can convince the judge their case is really frivolous.

Managed to draw a fairy at work, after one bad false start.

It's taking me a lot longer to draw than it used to. I'm very rusty.
