Back at theirs to watch The IT Crowd, which appears to be 110% accurate. Grabbed a pile of Dangermouse DVDs for when Freda is old enough to follow stories. Yes, that's what they're for. Back home and then out again to a QNI with nyecamden.

I appear to be back in the groove with the notnews and the daily image of geeky interest. So far so good.

neonchameleon came over yesterday with a spare PC for the younger teenager. Pentium 4, 1GB, Windows XP, Nvidia video card so it does portrait and the monitor rotates. So she has a portrait screen to do stuff on and it's way cool. I so wish my work LCDs rotated. She is ENORMOUSLY pleased. She and redcountess have been bonding in Buffy fandom over our complete set.
