arkady is back from Wales and tom_pusscat is gone. The house is immediately empty without a cat. Hmm ...

Niamh, Arkady's last rat, is not well at all and will be off to the vet today. In the meantime, our boys are currently fighting over the water bottle. Squeeek is still coughing a lot, but Arkady says the myco will have left scarring and he isn't actually wheezing.

I took Arkady, Niamh and Tom home last night and helped tidy her flat while she got ready for bed. If anyone ever needed an artist's wife, it's her.

redcountess and I were up till two looking at Macintosh pr0n. Getting up for work remains wrong and bad. Consuming caffeine in the pursuit of a day job is a terrible abuse of a drug that should be sipped slowly to start a wired day on one's own terms.
