Yesterday we went out to see the corpse flower at
Kew Gardens.

well enough to come out and I showed my true love for her by pushing a
wheelchair several miles.
arkady got photos. That was a Grand
Day Out and we love Arkady lots for it and my back still hates me.
Today has been a quiet day of attempting to solve the locked room puzzle of installing a proprietary-only WiFi driver on an Ubuntu laptop. We can't find the Ethernet card, you see. Steps so far include Debian floppies and a Debian CD; we are now downloading the Ubuntu CD for the next step.
I've done what I can for the businessy thing. Now waiting until Tuesday. And lining up the steps to take then, of course.
