Blast off!
Jul. 26th, 2005 11:58 pmSpace opera in Scientology doctrine is now a Wikipedia Featured Article, thus eligible for the front page. Though it won't be front-paged until the CoS does something really deserving. Someone is also recording a spoken version tomorrow. Please link this article in every blog and news source you possibly can. Along with Xenu.
(This article was started, peer-reviewed and brought to featured status in approximately three weeks. Next likely candidates: Operating Thetan and Sea Org!)
This laptop is pissing me off. Can't wait for the Evo
redcountess won me to arrive, particularly considering how well
arkady's Thinkpad is running with Ubuntu.
Update: Oh dear.

Date: 2005-07-27 12:07 am (UTC)Does anyone care that The Bubble Gum Incident was an important early incident "where you are hit with a motion and finally develop an obsession about motion". What does it mean?—it barely parses to me. And does anyone care what it means? I'm guessing if I read the entire article I might find out what it means, but since it's all nonsense anyway, why on earth would I want to?
I guess I'm just out of touch :-)

Date: 2005-07-27 12:19 am (UTC)As for the mass market, the new article is for those who enjoyed Xenu and want more batshit in their lives ;-)

Date: 2005-07-27 12:21 am (UTC)With the attention Scientology's been getting lately, there's no doubt a lot of people being pulled into it with their eyes only half open. There aren't a lot of resources that go into this kind of detail about how completely messed up the whole thing is and the stuff in that article isn't revealed to you until the "religion" already has a significant chunk of your money.

Date: 2005-07-27 12:35 am (UTC)The article Diva is pimping references the article on nuclear weapons which claims that they were first used in 1945.
Perhaps I should edit this and correct it to say 75,000,000 B.C. :-)
