No Dead'n'Buried for me tonight — [livejournal.com profile] arkady is exhausted and narky (which is partly my doing ... love you, darling!) and I have a really fun evening scheduled playing "Where's Catshit?" around the house. Asda didn't have citrus cleaner, citric acid or lemon juice, so I bought actual lemons. (When life hands you lemons, clean up kitten poo.) I might try the orange-smelling Flash.

I will be out at B-Movie next Friday, tomorrow night is Sam and Vexen's wedding reception party thing and Sunday afternoon Arkady and I are taking [livejournal.com profile] quiet000001 around Camden and probably finishing up at the Dev, if anyone's going.

And now, a poll about that last entry.

[Poll #585075]

I occasionally scan through the stubs to see if there is anything that I could write about. So far most of the stuff I know someone else has already written.

It's amazing how less narky one gets when handed a nice shiney 17" PowerBook to play with and told, "Feel free to take it home and play with it over the weekend!"

We are still going to have a face-to-face Talk, but I'm not quite so actively mad at you now. I've been working off my ire by making my vendors' lives a misery and LARTing them instead.

I'm not feeling quite so knackered either, but I still don't want to go to D&B.

It's not so much you as it is the horror that is the MCR entries.

One of these days, I will be bothered.

I certainly seem to have started looking things up in it more since following your LJ; also I've started reading articles with the "is there anything I could contribute here?" mindset. But I haven't yet made any edits so I suppose it's pretty academic.

However, Uncyclopedia (http://uncyclopedia.org) is another matter. That's certainly a "yes, damn you!" -- wasted most of Sunday afternoon prawning around following links there...

Didn't get "lured on to wikipedia" by anyone, really. Though I was finally fed up with not having trackability for the edits I did.

When life hands you lemons, find someone whose life has handed them rum.

I spent some time this week explaining to someone the anti-stink power of bicarb and its uses in cleaning up cat/dog/baby pee/poop... did you know that it's well nigh impossible to find places that sell bicarb in amounts suitable for use in cleaning? They sell these dinky little tubs in the baking section in most supermarkets. Boots make a small attempt, you can buy a small-ish box of the stuff (about 500g?) in many Boots stores. I want big boxes of bicarb.

No, I got there of my own accord

And I've been on there since 2002 (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:V&action=history).

Nyer! :p
