Still bored, can't be bothered pontificating today. I'll get to them when I feel like it. (I originally wrote "I'll try to get to them," but that's too much on the obligation side of adventure.) For now, have my link pile.

Just finished Margrave of the Marshes, the John Peel autobiography. It's jolly good and it's a terrible shame he never got to finish it.

It was 1°C again this morning. I ate leftover chicken cacciatore for lunch and it was very nice. How are you today?

Bloody FREEZING in England. Could you pre-order me some warmer weather for 1-5 December while I´m over pretty please?

Otherwise I will probably soon be known as the "Onion Goth". ;)

1°C? Could be worse... it's -1°C here. (and yes, I had to look up the conversion. I knew it was 0 or lower, though, since we have snow.)

Doing well here! There was a thick layer of ice on Simon's car this morning.

I'm very glad I put the heating on when I got up or my poor toes would have been so cold.

You know what we had for dinner last night as I posted the recipe!

Performing minor miracles, running the department one-handed, snarking goodnaturedly at my boss who is apparently dying of flu but not so bad that he can't drag himself out to a cybercafe to annoy me... ;-)

Do you know this person? I'd love to reprint this in Legends in the December issue, but I don't know how to go about it.

Fine here thanks, weather is cold, brittle and bright which means we can see for about a million miles (seems like). Wales is very beautiful on a clear day :-)
