Life is very dull and rather too hot. (England shocked by occurrence of summer for 21st year in a row!) We've all been sleeping as much of the day as possible and getting about 0 done otherwise.

I have job interviews tomorrow (Gatwick) and Monday (Uxbridge for a job in Brentwood). arkady is sleeping, feeling overheated and writing dollie stories. redcountess has started on a low-GI diet to help with the fibro symptoms.

tom_pusscat goes back to the vet for followup on his two hundred and seventy-five quid's worth of dental work. (I have strongly suggested to Arkady that she get the eBay dollie accessories assembly line cranked way up.) He and the other cats are still playing Dali clocks.

A useful thing I did yesterday was buy an iced lolly tray. This has been a resounding hit. Coke goes really weird in it, though.

Yeah, yeah, I've already lost one of the sticks. That's a teaspoon in the last one.

We had one of those when I was a boy. I didn't know they still made them. Frozen fruit juice was always my favorite, especially orange juice (which it appears to be what you've used in the above pictures).

Four orange, four pineapple. Unsweetened not-from-concentrate pineapple juice is appallingly pricey — this was two quid for a litre, I am told I can get it as cheap as one-fifty a litre if I try hard.

I'm not exactly sure what the difference is between made from concentrate and non-concentrate apart from non-concentate having extra water..

The real crap are fruit juice "drinks" in fruit juice cartons which are x% water, y% sugar, less fruit juice, more shite.

As far as making some money... I was wondering the other day if you guys would possibly be interested in selling some of my stuff on ebay for me, for some percentage of the sale price? I have loads of stuff to get rid of (more every day) and at the rate I'm going I suspect I'll end up just donating it to charity to be rid of it, even though I could use the money. The downside would be, of course, that you'd be saddled with a bunch of my junk in addition to your own until it sold.
