I am quite unwell, to the point where I say something to [livejournal.com profile] redcountess and then have to ask her what I just said. I have work tomorrow: a week of hideously inadequate preparation for going on call starting Friday. This'll be fun.

[livejournal.com profile] arkady is back tomorrow \o/

Leave while you can.

I'm so glad I'm a citizen of a country where US foreign policy would never apply. Oh, hang on...

The "leave while you can" thing, if it passes, will be a serious economic disincentive to travel as well as a logistical one, as airlines will pass on the cost of submitting those passenger manifestos to the passengers.

It's disgusting and appalling and infuriating and terrifying.

It would take an army to keep me from voting on Tuesday.

On another topic, would you pimp the calendar in your next link post?

The "leave while you can" thingy, I've been wondering what's stopping someone from flying/sailing into Canada or Mexico and entering the US overland? The way the news media present it it only applies to sea and air travel.
