Life is exceedingly dull. I have been in bed all day yesterday and today after an asthma attack that had me off work yesterday and wondering whether to spend a few hours waiting behind a queue of drunks in A&E last night. I feel great as long as I don't do anything. This means no annoying the Scientologists today or partying with the pr3v3rts in Gipsy Hill this evening. Bah!

Getting to rest a bit is nice though.

[livejournal.com profile] eyeliner297 has made me an icon. So I've made her an Abi macro. More to follow.

Update: More pics: Dev, Wed 25 June 2006 and Fri 02 June 2006. Also, good luck to [livejournal.com profile] deathboy and Liz!

Great icon.

Regarding asthma - do you use a spacer? If so, you can use it to deliver 12 puffs of ventolin/reliever of choice, which is the equivalent of a neb. This may help reduce the need to visit A&E.
If not, why not? Such a simple device vastly improves delivery of your ventolin to your lungs.

Can't you annoy the Scientologists online rather than in person? This should only involve some typing and can probably be done from the comfort of your bed!

And not to question Doctor_K_'s medical advice in any way because she is a god, but would fitness improve your asthma? Something snapped in the head of a guy I worked with and he started going over the top on exercise. I was away for a month on holiday and when I got back I almost didn't recognise him, he'd lost so much weight. Anyway, the important part of my long rambling drivel is that his asthma that had been bugging him for years had virtually vanished as a side effect of his lifestyle change. But I appreciate that you may not have the same issue to start with and that dedicating any of your life to yourself in the near future may well be impossible ;-)
