Rocknerd v3.0.

I've restarted my moribund musical webzine, at rocknerd.co.uk. (The old address, rocknerd.org, is owned by the other founder, Ben Butler, who has gone AWOL; the server still exists, still run by blarglefiend, the DNS occasionally points to the goddamn moon or something.) We still have the old database, I just have to find a day when I really hate myself to try porting it all as losslessly as possible from Slash to WordPress.

At present it's a bare-bones WordPress blog. I hope to add nice features on a get-around-to-it basis, such as more authors, a user contributions page and of course a less boring skin.

v1 ran on Squishdot, which is fantastically easy to use and occasionally shits itself, eats its own database and has to be restored from backup. Slash was actually an improvement.

Photos are quite easy to put up in WordPress, so yes - and please feel free to write stuff!

I recommend getting a flickr (http://www.flickr.com/) account for the stuff that you own the copyright for/is open source.

I don't ever have the energy/branes to write for my website (http://www.lightcapturepaper.co.uk/), let alone anyone else's. I should correct it, but agh!
