My goodness I needed a holiday.
Yesterday we took Freda to Leyton Leisure Lagoon. She had considerable trepidation and didn't let go of Mummy for the whole hour and a half. But she eventually started splish-splashing and kept attempting to lean forward and move her arms to copy all the people around her swimming. I was most pleased. The girls swam and splashed and played on the water slide. I went for my first swim in longer than I can remember and it's clear I'm going to have to do this regularly.
Doubt we'll be at the pub tonight. The girls are going back to Wales today and we'll be exhaling. However, I am on holiday and free to meet up by day as well as evening. You know where to find me. Who haven't I seen in ages?
