A technical query on Legato Networker.

That is, the Networker daemons have the wrong sodding device ID for the jukebox controller.

Where in the thousands of pages of Nyetworker documentation do I find where to tell the bastard where the jukebox controller actually lives?

Update: Solved: Media->Jukeboxes->Control Port. D'oh!

in nwadmin Media->Jukeboxes->Devices?
alternetly try running
jbconfig -s server -l
to get networker to rescan the SCSI bus and reconfigure the jukebox.

I have to admit that, once I managed to wrap my head around the strangness that is Networker, I loath it somewhat less than any other backup software I've used.

Yep, got the same in BOFHnet and applied it :-)

The Sun documentation (Networker is part of Solstice) is somewhat better than the Legato documentation.
