Unfortunately, scientific tests show that this is more likely only to produce the sort of luser who despises lusers without realising its own luserdom. You get this sort of moron in tech support all the time - ones who will bitch heartily about the moron on the other end of the phone, but never connect the concepts 'incompetence' and 'unable to work my Outlook without asking you to read the help file for me' in any way at all.
