Nice Sluts meet last night. Crikey, announce an engagement to a bunch of goths and watch them go crazy with party and clothing suggestions. The Australians are already wildly enthusiastic as well. The new new Turtle has tables all over the dancefloor, no cocktails and even worse beer. But, it wasn't that bad. Even if these kids' ideas on '80s music need to be taken out and shot. We had to leave just before avalon_bliss played "White Wedding" for us, unfortunately, as I had been feeling distinctly unwell from an asthma attack and mixing alcohol and antihistamines. I can almost be said to have woken up this morning. Braaaaaanes ...

We plan a UK engagement party on Sunday 22nd December, probably in the afternoon (say 2pm-8pm or whatever). Location yet to be determined, but that's about the only workable date. (And just happens to be the solstice.) So be sure to keep it free.

No cocktails?! When we went a few weeks ago they were doing new cocktails including one which tasted of apple pie, including the pastry! I am not going again unless they bring the cocktails back!
