Lots of SNOW!!! at lunch, just starting to turn into ice as London warms up one degree and it rains instead. Got a scarf from Tie Rack. Wish they stocked wearable ties, though - anyone know a London source of ties that are 7cm wide, not the 10+cm sportscaster-dimensioned objects that seem to be in current fashion?

Doing w*rk, tracking down precisely what has and hasn't been lost by our esteemed offsite backup storage muppets. The office is a sea of tapes. Calling people in the US to ask what they didn't do about the server monitoring before they nicked off on holiday. I am simultaneously going flat out and bored witless. Annual Performance Review tomorrow - let's see how I've gone at the goals that were never set.

Off to meet marnameow and sbp this evening, to fetch the camera and then go to see Kiki and Herb. I may be some time.

Didn't we? Anyhoo, sometime in the drunken rambling last night, I said I would put you on my friends list and you should put me on yours. That way, when next we meet on one of these nights out that we do so enjoy, you'll not need to ask what I've been up to! So there you go!

Go to Harrods and tell them you've just passed your bar exam and buy, and proudly wear, the widest, loudest tie they have!
Don't forget to buy the loud 'matching' striped shirt while you're there.
Or you could just get someone to post you a plain travesty of a tie from the 'Tie Rack'. It's up to you.
