Lease and Dev this afternoon.

redcountess and I will be popping into Walthamstow to sign the lease, collect the keys and hand over a wad of cash. Then we'll be stopping in at the Dev some time around 4:30 or 5pm. We both have our phones with us.

Finished the rest of the Wasp Factory showcase shots (Deathboy, Freudstein and more crowd shots), will do indexes shortly. Yes, the ins0uciance party shots are next!

That's impressively quick for finding a place to live, I think.
Unfortunately I (and a visiting mangosteen) were unable to be at the Dev because we had to hotfoot it to the Strand to watch Chicago.
