It's been a busy several days. The house's yellow colour and citrus tang really showed themselves on Saturday, when we pushed the bed aside to find that the crappy paint job on the bedroom floor didn't actually extend as far as under the bed itself. Deeply impressive. redcountess has been computer-enhanced, and now controls the entire world from bed.

Last night was ali_anarres' one-year anniversary of arriving in London; I met arkady at the Dev (greeted with a *pint*. What a top-class woman!), later joined by duranorak and ali_anarres. (Wave also to corsetboy, darklyng and vikinghugs.) I do like the Dev midweek. Dinner at Ask, then back to the Dev and back home.

Last night was basically pretty damn fine, with bad bits and utterly wonderful bits.

Heh. I did actually try Google when I first read the post, but it was very unrevealing! I shall wait until tomorrow. Particularly as my bed is calling me (from somewhere under a load of musical instruments...!)
