Second round of interview questions when I've gathered a few more. For now, the B-Movie Poll!
[Poll #145204]It's been another domestic week. I have a busily dull life. Tonight
arkady came over and fed
redcountess and I steak. The
wedding is coming together - must book pub for reception. (I fear you will
be buying your own drinks, because we is po'.) We're having the most
appalling string of beautiful spring
summer's spring days. Our flat is a lemon even unto the
garden, which is infested with deadly
nightshade. (Crack open the Agent Orange!) We are ridiculously broke -
if I'm going to be this poor, I should at least get to be unemployed as
well. I mean, really. But life clatters along with lots of good bits.

Date: 2003-06-12 06:41 pm (UTC)Two points to hopefully make you feel better about not having an open bar:
1. If I could, and were invited to, I would still go with no open bar.
2. I went to a posh wedding about 10 months ago and because it was so posh they ran out of money before the bar tab and thus did not have an open bar, I still had fun and thought it was a beautiful wedding.
The ultimate thing to keep in mind is that it's just one day, no need to get yourself into serious debt over it. That's no way to start out a solid marriage.
