I fetched arkady at Paddington and we returned to her house and then mine. redcountess and oscarhocklee were both unwell, so the latter and ruthi rescheduled dinner for Monday.

But Arkady and I got to have fun giving the rats antibiotics and cleaning their sore spots. Children may be larger than frightened rats and poo in greater quantity, but at least they don't have tails that whirl around and around to spray it everywhere.

We took the cat and the girl rat back to her place. The house is now catless. We shall have to do something about that.

The three of us presently plan to attend marnameow's New Year do in Bermondsey tomorrow evening, Liz's health permitting. (Last year it was mine stopping us.) Who else is coming? We also hope to meet up with illdrinn tomorrow afternoon.

Yesterday on Wikipedia I blocked twelve sock puppets ("+10 Scythe of Sockpuppet Slaughter!") of a user who then emailed me that he "was a productive editor who was hounded, harassed and selectively persecuted out of Wikipedia by a gang of aggressive POV-pushing Zionist thugs" and that I was part of a Jewish conspiracy. Does this mean I get the hot Israeli babes? Thankfully I've had enough accusations of hopeless Palestine bias, or I'd be worrying.
