The carnival is over.
Jan. 24th, 2005 12:18 pmMy circadian rhythm does not fit the working world. I routinely get home from work feeling like a zombie, then get a burst of energy around midnight. This is not so good when I get up at seven. WTFFF?
The Birthday Party quotes are running dry. Who's next?

Date: 2005-01-24 12:25 pm (UTC)An afternoon nap would deal with it nicely. This is probably infeasible at present.

Date: 2005-01-24 12:33 pm (UTC)I saw a truly hideous book in a shop once. It was basically an Ayn Rand concordance. Cultish cod-philosophy as religion.

Date: 2005-01-25 02:42 am (UTC)Worked for me. I'm not cured but I'm /WAAAAAY/ better. 2 early morning starts in Val d'Isère seemed to mandate tea &/or coffee but I felt vastly worse for it & immediately stopped again.
Try it. Go 2 weeks without. That's how little time it took me to notice the difference.

In other news, hello Liam! I can't have been paying too much attention to RDD's friends list or I'd have spotted your username in there...
