Date: 2005-01-25 02:42 am (UTC)Worked for me. I'm not cured but I'm /WAAAAAY/ better. 2 early morning starts in Val d'Isère seemed to mandate tea &/or coffee but I felt vastly worse for it & immediately stopped again.
Try it. Go 2 weeks without. That's how little time it took me to notice the difference.
