Doing my homework for me.
May. 10th, 2007 11:15 amYes, hampering the sale of used CDs will definitely work. Well done.
I feel like writing a post called something like This posting is Fair Use under the "Fuck You" clause. Our new friend 09 F9 11 02 9D 74 E3 5B D8 41 56 C5 63 56 88 C0, "Xenu" in L. Ron Hubbard's handwriting ... what else would you expect or like to see in a post of that name? I have considerable personal experience of the application of the "Fuck You" clause, but I'm after examples outside my sphere of knowledge.
No baby yet. Her due date is Sunday; I fully expect Freda to pop out, look around and go "... What? I was on time!"
(A lot of people seem to share the credit card numbered 09 F9 11 02 9D 74 E3 5B D8 41 56 C5 63 56 88 C0.)

Date: 2007-05-10 10:31 am (UTC)After having to track down CDs stolen from me and seeing how easily a thief can resell them to shops (the thief used an address that was that of an empty building), I wouldn't mind better steps made for proof of identity/address and ownership of the items. But what the link has is much more draconian rules.
