I must get photos up quicker, so that my ridiculously vain subjects will not lynch me via LJ and IRC. The current system (load into Gimp, crop, tweak colours, put up) has proven entirely too labour-intensive to be workable long-term. And I can take pictures SO MUCH FASTER with the new toy. Perhaps I should take them more carefully at the time. But that's no fun. This is Unix, I should be able to automate this.

(It does help that no-one seems to give a hoot about shiny index pages just so long as their pic looks good. And it is fun seemingly having become icon merchant to the world.)

Eek! Did you go see them @ Shepherds Bush a while back? I was stuck on the tube at the exact time that a gaggle of Levellers fans came out. Sorry to generalise but BOY I've never seen so many people clutching bottles of White Lightning in one place before in my life, and I come from Preston!

And one stood on my FOOT whilst singing One Way and I was VERY OFFENDED. I was UNIMPRESSED.
